The short version: our apps are yours to use, your data stays on your phone, and any subscription can be cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play account.

Using the apps
You may install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, under the terms of the store you got them from (Apple's App Store or Google Play). Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the apps to harass anyone.
What the apps are, and aren't
Our apps help you keep your own records of things you've decided to do or not do. They are not medical, psychological, dietary, financial, or legal advice, and they do not diagnose anything. Any numbers, timelines, or reference ranges shown are drawn from published sources named in the app, are general in nature, and are not about you personally. If you are dealing with a health or safety issue, talk to a professional or contact the resources linked inside the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some apps offer a one-time purchase and some offer an auto-renewing subscription. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial. Where a subscription offers a free period, you will not be charged during it. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
- Auto-renewal. After any free period, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown, for the same period, until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, or to your Google Play account for an app from Google Play.
- Cancelling. On iPhone, manage or cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Google Play.
Features that are free stay free. A subscription never removes your own records.
Your content
Anything you type into an app stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not have access to it. Deleting the app deletes it.
No warranty
The apps are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise they will be error-free or available at all times, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on them, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above will be updated and the new terms will apply from then on.
